These terms are an internal draft, not final legal terms. HomeMates provides administrative and relocation concierge support. Any regulated real estate brokerage or contract work is conducted by appropriately licensed real estate professionals. No specific property, contract outcome, or 21-day completion is guaranteed.

Before payment, an operator must confirm the fee, service scope, start date, refund and cancellation policy, responsibilities, and exclusions in writing. Legal review and operator business identification are required before launch.
